Calibration for thermal mass flow meter

In my workshop, we have sonic nozzle calibration equipment.

The accuracy for this calibration equipment could be 0.3%

This equipment could be used to calibrate vortex flow meter, thermal mass flow meter, gas turbine flow meter, etc.

In the picutre, it shows the calibration process for thermal mass flow meter.

We could make sure that each flow meter have been calibrated before delivery with high accuracy.
