Kaifeng Philemon recently deployed its Micro Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meters in a real-world small-pipeline gas monitoring project. The compact meters, based on advanced thermal measurement technology, accurately measure ultra-low gas flow rates in pipelines carrying dry air, nitrogen, and other non-corrosive gases. In the field, the devices demonstrated high sensitivity, fast response, and stable performance, even under fluctuating flow conditions.

The meters were installed quickly thanks to their compact design and simple installation requirements, integrating seamlessly with existing control systems via 4–20 mA and RS485 outputs. Engineers on-site reported that the instruments provided reliable, repeatable readings, making them an excellent alternative to traditional glass tube purgemeters.
