1. Inner wall adhesion layer
Because the electromagnetic flowmeter measuring method with floating solid phase or dirty body is far more than other flow meters, the probability of failure caused by the inner wall adhesion layer is relatively higher. If the conductivity of the adhesion layer is similar to the conductivity of the liquid, the meter can still output signals normally, but it changes the smooth area, which constitutes a hidden fault problem of measurement method deviation; once the high conductivity adhesion layer, the electromotive force between the electrodes will be short-circuited; Once the insulating adhesion layer, the electrode appearance is insulated and disconnect the measurement method circuit.
2. Lightning strike
