How to quickly install the electromagnetic flowmeter should pay attention to the following 10 points:
1. Choose the location and location of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter according to your needs, but the electrode axis must be roughly horizontal;
2. Note that the flow direction on the flowmeter is consistent with the actual flow direction of the fluid;
3. The measuring tube must be completely filled with medium at all times. Only when the tube is full can accurate measurement be obtained. In addition, in order to prevent the generation of vacuum, avoid installing the sensor on the inlet end of the pump;
4. When installing, ensure that there is enough space near the pipe flange;
5. The pipes on both sides of the flowmeter should be firmly supported, and should not be installed in places subject to strong vibration;
6. In order to facilitate installation, for large-size instruments with DN>200, telescopic tubes can be used to allow the axial displacement of the mating flange;
7. Measured from the electrode axis, the length of the upstream straight pipe is 10DN, and the length of the downstream straight pipe is 5DN (DN is the inner diameter of the pipe);
8. For the split type intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, the signal converter (and power amplifier) should be installed; it should be installed as close to the sensor as possible, and the connection line should be shielded cable, and the signal converter (or power amplifier) should not be directly connected. When exposed to the sun, a sunshade can be installed if necessary;
9. For the vortex or spiral flow of fluid, lengthen the upper and lower straight pipe sections and install a flow straightener;
10. In order to make the instrument work reliably, improve the measurement accuracy, and not be interfered by the external parasitic potential, the sensor should have a good separate grounding wire, and the grounding resistance is less than 10Ω.
