How to ensure the normal operation of electromagnetic flowmeter

The electromagnetic flowmeter cannot be verified offline regularly due to various reasons. Research on an online verification method that is both scientific and effective and adapts to site needs has become a problem that users in all walks of life need to solve. Our company currently has the following verification methods for your reference.
1. The high-acoustic flowmeter is used as the standard meter, connected in series with the calibrated flowmeter, and the accuracy of the calibrated flowmeter is determined by the comparison method. When using, it should be noted that the standard meter must have a valid verification certificate, and pass the measurement standard device assessment to obtain a social public measurement certificate; the site conditions should meet the requirements, and the calibration personnel should operate strictly in accordance with the specifications.
2. Use the pool as a measuring container, calculate the volume by measuring the water level of the pool, and calibrate the flowmeter. Before calibration, it is necessary to determine whether there is an unknown pipeline between the flow meter to be calibrated and the pool, and the pool should be built with a certain degree of accuracy, otherwise the calibration result will have a large error.
3. Connect the detection equipment to the online calibrated flow meter, and determine whether the flow meter meets the requirements of use through detection and analysis. This method can detect the presence and absence of water in the pipeline, but only the electromagnetic flowmeter can be detected.
