A) The mass flowmeter is the working principle of vibration, so the installation location should be free of vibration as much as possible, and the installation pipeline should be firmly supported. If the vibration source is inevitable, it is recommended to use a hose connection. The connecting pipeline and the interface of the mass flow meter must be on the same axis, and no additional force should be applied to the meter. Unnecessary additional force will affect the measurement accuracy of the instrument.
B) Throttling devices, such as flow control valves, must be installed at the outlet of the mass flow meter.
C) The inlet and outlet of the mass flow meter should be equipped with shut-off valves to facilitate zero calibration after initial installation.
D) The mass flow meter should be properly away from the pump outlet, especially the reciprocating pump, etc., the installation distance is too close may cause the fluctuation of the flow measurement value.
E) When measuring high-temperature fluids must require thermal insulation, do not directly contact the thermal insulation shell or the heat tracing pipe with the sensor shell.
f) The measured fluid should be in a suitable flow state. If the flow state of the fluid is not suitable under natural environmental conditions, external improvement should be adopted. The mass flow meter can be used to adjust the temperature of the fluid (heating/cooling, heat preservation) The measured fluid is in a proper flow state.
G) Installation direction: Make sure that the direction of the arrow on the nameplate of the mass flow meter is consistent with the direction of fluid flow (the direction of fluid flow through the pipe)
