Vortex flow meter vibration testing

Vortex flow meter is widely used in air and stream measuring.

Compared with other type flow meter, it have lower price and stable accuracy.

But vortex flow meter is afraid of vibration on the pipe.

If there has vibration on pipe, vortex flow meter might produce micro niose signal and display it on the screen.

So, customer might find that the valve is closed and there has flow rate displayed.

To solve this question, my company purchased vibration equipment and test our vortex flow meter long time in workshop.

We also adopt digital PCB which could get rid of noise signal.
