Hello. This is the Insertion type vortex flow meter, They will be used for the DN300, DN450, DN700, etc pipe sizes.
Vortex flowmeter widely used for gases, steam and liquid applications. It is ideal for measuring saturated and superheated steam in large facilities to improve steam production efficiency.
Here are some tips for the installation of the vortex flow meter.
1. It is not recommended that the steam vortex flowmeter be installed behind the regulating valve and should be installed in front of the regulating valve;
2. Normal installation requirements, the front straight pipe section is 20D, and the rear straight pipe section is 10D; if there is a regulating valve in the front, install it at a distance of 50D behind the regulating valve;
