1. Pre-Installation Considerations
Check the Flow Meter: Ensure the vortex flow meter is the correct size for the pipe and is calibrated for the fluid you intend to measure (e.g., gas, liquid, steam).
Inspect Pipe and Thread: Verify that the piping system has matching threaded connections and is clean, free from debris, and free from any existing damage.
Orientation: Vortex flow meters are typically installed horizontally, but depending on the design, they may be installed vertically as long as the fluid flows in the correct direction as indicated by the meter's arrow.
2. Select an Installation Location
