This state-of-the-art instrument utilizes FMCW (Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave) radar technology operating at 80GHz, offering an extremely narrow beam angle and excellent signal focus. It ensures precise level detection even in tall, narrow, or complex tank geometries, and can effectively avoid internal structures like mixers and baffles.
Engineered for non-contact measurement, this radar transmitter is ideal for aggressive media—there are no moving parts and no contact with the liquid, which significantly reduces wear, contamination risk, and maintenance requirements. It is particularly suited for acids, alkalis, solvents, hot oil, and other process chemicals stored under challenging conditions.
The radar level meter supports both 4–20mA output and HART communication protocol, making it easy to integrate into industrial automation and control systems.
