Electromangetic flow meter production and package

As a professional flow meter manfuacturer, my company always focus on the production process QC and proper package for delivery.

It could be detected in the following two points.

1. Flow meter's production.

Our workshop keep the ISO 9001 quality control system and works to promote 6S production standard.

For each each step of production process, we insist to control the quality on each step。

We will take pressure testing, air-seal testing, insulativity testing, and so on.

And each flow meter could be calibrated carefully before delivery.

2. Flow meter's package.

To protect the flow meter correctly during the delivery and to save delivery fee for customer,

We use different package boxes for different size flow meters.

From DN4-DN150, we use carbon box, as the flow meter is not to heavey and easy to be delivered.

From DN200-DN2000, we use wooden case. This case will protect the flow meter from broken.

Before delivery, all the flow meter will be sealed by plasktic membrane also.
