We have successfully completed the production of a specially customized DN300 electromagnetic flow meter for an overseas client. This project marks another milestone in our ability to deliver tailored flow measurement solutions for demanding applications.
Unlike standard models, this flow meter is manufactured entirely with stainless steel, including both the body and the junction box. This not only enhances durability and corrosion resistance but also ensures reliable performance under harsh industrial conditions.
The instrument is designed with IP68 protection grade, making it fully resistant to dust ingress and capable of long-term submersion in water. Such robust protection allows it to operate stably in challenging environments such as water treatment plants, chemical industries, and outdoor installations.
For data output and system integration, the customized DN300 electromagnetic flow meter is equipped with multiple signal options:
4-20mA analog output
RS485 digital communication (MODBUS)
Pulse output for batching or totalizing applications
